This course is for students in the Applied Science, Education, Social Development and Sport, Recreation and Exercise pathways. It prepares students for further academic study in their chosen pathway by providing creative project experience in both individual and collaborative contexts.
Learning Outcomes:
On successful completion of this course the student will be able to:
1. Work both individually and collaboratively to realise a creative project.
2. Demonstrate in a project context a range of basic skills and practices in a discipline area.
3. Source information from, and demonstrate comprehension of, a variety of resources
(including tikanga and mātauranga Māori) related to the project.
4. Describe and reflect on the project process, identifying areas for future development.
