The aim of this course is to provide students with knowledge of the Environmental and Animal Sciences industry by engaging in practical projects. Students will learn skills relating to this industry and be able to apply them in a workplace or laboratory setting. Students will complete investigations into ecological niches, demonstrate knowledge of animal anatomy, as well as apply health and safety knowledge in an animal facility. This course will be beneficial for students wanting to explore pathways of veterinary nursing, animal health and welfare and conservation and biodiversity management.
