Monday's class is about comedy and humor.
Your invited to participate in some silliness dressing outrageously (think clowns), funny glasses, wigs, fluorescent or whatever speaks to funny for you.
We will start at 10am with laughter yoga before engaging with the subject of humor and comedy.
Please feel free to add funny links in our shared moodle space or bring funny things (jokes etc) to share.
