Guide to Moodle

If you want to embed a Youtube video on Moodle, you can do that by letting Youtube itself provide you with the code you need:

• Go to the Youtube video you are keen to share.
• Click on the 'Share' link under the video

• Click on 'embed'
• Copy the code provided to you
• On Moodle, in the editor, click on the <> symbol to open the HTML editor.
• Paste the code
• Select update
• Save changes.
