Filter your Groups in the block on the dashboard

Go to your dashboard and select Profile--> Settings--> Preferences using the drop down menu next to your photo on the top right.

Scroll down and put in the labels for the groups you want to see here.

These will be the only groups you will see in the groups block but you can change this at any time.
