Nau mai haere mai piki mai and welcome to Just Practice (JP) - class of 2022

Just Practice is the capstone paper of the degree, bringing together your passion for social change, a commitment to social justice, your values and the theory learnt within the degree. It invites you to reflect on the liminal space between student and practitioner. To close one process as you begin the next stage of your journey.

This course begins on Tuesday 25th October, 2022.

Moodle is now live!

In an attempt to simplify moodle, I have used 5 main sections which represent the next 5 weeks of this paper. These are themed around the Just Practice frame-work: MEANING, CONTEXT, POWER, HISTORY, AND POSSIBILITY and 5 Just Practice reflection questions (see the assessment moodle tab for an outline of these questions.

If you want to start thinking then do explore week 1 meaning on moodle, it has a number of readings of interest. I will be developing the content over moodle over this week and as the course progresses so do check in to moodle regularly.

I’m really excited to be part of the final part of your journey and am anticipating a really enjoyable end to the semester and for many the end of your degree.

see you all next week.
Craig
