Kia ora koutou,

You should be working on the 1:50 sketch models as you explore the Final Model for your INHABITATION Structure.

Remember to reference the design moves in consideration of the context - the sun paths, views and ground terrain will offer conditions which assist you in forming the 'places' for the three simple programmes your structure should support.

NOTE: SCALE is very important!

The whole model should measure approximately 5m across or in height at whatever scale you are working.

Components of the model may be pulled apart or turned as you decide on the final arrangement.

However, always keep in mind the anthropometric data of your own body.

What is the experience of sitting standing lying in your structure? Do not make it big - tend to the smaller!

You should be working toward a Final carefully crafted 1:50 model of your architecture using a maximum of 3 materials, and always in consideration of the 3D, 2D and 1D components of its composition.

Bring the models and your landform with you on Monday morning.
