    Welcome, new PASS Leaders!

     

    Congratulations on being selected as a Peer Assisted Study Sessions (PASS) Leader.

     

    As a PASS Leader, you will be part of a team that helps students become more confident, connected and successful in their studies.

     

    This online course is the first part of your PASS Leader training. It introduces the PASS programme, your role as a Leader, and some of the key ideas and strategies you will use when supporting students.

    Your PASS Leader training

    Your training has two parts:

    Part 1: Online pre-training | Approximately 2 hours
     Complete this Moodle course independently before attending the in-person training.
     

    Part 2: In-person PASS Leader training | 5.5 hours
    You will work with PASS Supervisors and other new Leaders to practise facilitation skills, apply what you learned online, plan sessions and work through realistic PASS scenarios.

    Before you can attend In-person training

     

    Complete Modules 1–6 of the online training below before your scheduled training session.

    Complete all required questions with an overall grade of 100%. You have unlimited attempts, so use the questions to check your understanding.
